Select the down arrow in the Target field.  You have the option to find information on Accounts, Contacts, or by SIC code.  You must use the Select button to initiate a search into the Hoover’s database.  If you do not know a specific SIC code, simple do a search on an Account and record the SIC code.  Go back to the Target down arrow, select SIC code, type in the SIC code, and select the Search button.  You will have a comprehensive list of companies.
