SalesImpaq CRM utilizes MS Outlook for Calendar data and eMail.  You can leverage the #1 desktop business application while utilizing SalesImpaq CRM.

12. I am having problems and cannot use the Hoover’s leads service.27 Jan

The Leads tab with access to the Hoover’s leads database is fully supported through the paid support option.   The version of the Hoover’s database is limited by designed based on the excellent and low price point you are paying.  The system is designed to build lists from SIC code numbers.  You will not be able to conduct searches by specific criteria outside of SIC numbers. The Hoover’s leads database will continue to add features without notice.

13. I am having trouble with PoliteMail in the eMail campaign tab.26 Jan

PoliteMail provides service by selecting the PoliteMail / Request Support.  An Outlook email form will appear and you will be supported during PoliteMail’s stated support hours.
